Grossarl gourmet summit

Immerse yourself in an exclusive experience at the Grossarl Gourmet Summit. From January 24 to 28, 2026, an exquisite event awaits you, offering a true feast for the senses for wine enthusiasts and gourmets. Together with three other hotels in the Grossarl Valley, we will be presenting exceptional wine and culinary highlights. Experience the exquisite creations of four first-class winegrowers. Every evening, a renowned winemaker presents his wines at the hotel for an aperitif. On Sunday evening, you can look forward to a festive gala menu where the wines are also served with dinner.

Skikeriki: Depending on the weather, the special “Skikeriki” awaits you on Monday or Tuesday - a special skiing experience from 07:15 am on freshly prepared pistes, together with the hoteliers and wineries in the Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area. After this unique start to the day, we welcome you to a delicious breakfast to energize you for the rest of the day (extra charge EUR 49,00 & valid ski pass required).
