Guided with mindfulness and inspiration, your journey is led by Johanna Bagowski – Health Manager, Mental Trainer, and certified Yoga Teacher (400+ hrs) with over eight years of retreat experience.

As a special highlight, our partner Biogena offers valuable insights into the world of micronutrients. In addition, professionals provide bone density screenings and vitamin D testing, giving you impulses to better understand and enhance your personal wellbeing.

This retreat is designed for guests with a good basic fitness level, who enjoy movement and are open to new impulses for body and mind. Previous experience in yoga and meditation is helpful but not required.
