From fresh vegetables and dairy products supplied by farmers in Großarl to meat from our own GROSSARLER GENUSS butcher’s shop and fish from the Arler fish farm in Hüttschlag, many ingredients are sourced directly from the region and shape the distinctive flavour of our gourmet cuisine.
