Wednesday, 18 Nov 2026: Begin the evening with a refined aperitif at the wine bar Kork & Gloria, followed by a 7-course menu at the award-winning steak restaurant Sirloin Grill & Dine, accompanied by wines from Alois Lageder (South Tyrol). We're embarking on an extraordinary journey through various vintages, all the way back to the 1998 vintage.
Thursday, 19 Nov 2026: Visit to the traditional Heimatmuseum Kösslerhäusl, including homemade Bauernkrapfen by Grandma Eva and stories shared by the Hettegger family. Enjoy a stylish aperitif at the wine bar Kork & Gloria. Afterwards, a Champagne & Riesling evening awaits with the winemakers Louis Roederer and F.X. Pichler, paired with exquisite sushi creations in the cozy Kaminstube. Two names in particular are sure to catch the attention of wine lovers: Crystal and Infinity.
Friday, 20 Nov 2026: Start with an aperitif in the elegant Alpinlounge. Then experience an indulgent Bordeaux evening with the winery Château Angélus in the wine bar Kork & Gloria, accompanied by an exclusive 9-course menu. In an extraordinary vertical tasting, we’ll explore various vintages and eras of this legendary château, going all the way back to the 1995 vintage.

The EDELWEISS Grand Cru can also be booked on individual days and are available to external guests as well. Simply send a request and indicate which evenings you would like to book. Please note that the number of participants is limited and short-notice bookings on site cannot be guaranteed.
