Even before your arrival, you can discuss your special wishes with the Concierge Team at DAS EDELWEISS. These may include transfers, restaurant reservations, private dinners, selected excursions and exclusive experiences. Surprises for birthdays, anniversaries or other personal occasions can also be requested in advance. All arrangements are subject to availability and individual possibilities.

Which concierge services are included in the stay and which incur additional charges?

Personal advice and assistance with planning your holiday are part of the Concierge Service at DAS EDELWEISS. Individually booked experiences, private arrangements, transfers or additional services may incur extra charges. Our Concierge Team will be happy to inform you about the available options and prices in advance, allowing you to tailor your stay to your personal wishes.

How far in advance should private dinners, transfers or exclusive experiences be requested?

We recommend requesting special experiences as early as possible, ideally before your arrival. Private dinners, helicopter flights and tailor-made arrangements in particular may be subject to limited availability, seasonal conditions and, in some cases, the weather. Planning ahead allows for careful coordination and increases the chances of securing your preferred date.
