The menu ranges from hearty rump steaks to T-bone steaks and exclusive Black Angus specialties. The menu is rounded off with seasonal dishes, delicious salad variations and tempting desserts. You can recognize a good steak by two important characteristics: the quality of the meat and the way it is prepared. In our kitchen, all food is selected with the utmost care. For our steak restaurant, the ingredients come, among other things, from our in-house butchery and preferably from local farmers whom we know and where it comes from. We put as much passion into the preparation as we do into the selection.
