The outstanding hotel kitchen, under the direction of head chef Fabian Ertl, pampers you with half board, which is designed according to the motto “EDELWEISS Mountain Cuisine”. In our gourmet hotel in Austria, great emphasis is placed on local & seasonal products – from fresh vegetables to regional dairy products sourced from Großarl farmers to meat products from the in-house butcher shop GROSSARLER GENUSS. The fish is sourced from the local Arler fish farm in Hüttschlag.
