DAS EDELWEISS

When you enter the creaking wooden beams of the Kösslerhäusl, you quickly realize: history breathes here. Just a few minutes away from our DAS EDELWEISS lies this silent witness to times gone by - a place that not only radiates tradition, but also a sense of security.

The 400-year-old farmhouse tells of hard work, deep faith, music, love and unshakeable solidarity. Especially on those summer afternoons when the smell of freshly baked farmhouse bread wafts through the old Rauchkuchl and Grandma Eva serves home-baked farmhouse doughnuts with shining eyes, you can feel it: We all feel at home here.

For us at DAS EDELWEISS, the Kösslerhäusl is much more than just an old farmhouse. It is a place where time seems to stand still - where the simple suddenly becomes precious and the past is tangibly close. When we bake bread there together with our guests, tell stories and create memories, it is not just a living tradition - it is a matter of the heart.

We invite you to experience a piece of our history with open senses - and perhaps take a little piece of it home with you. Once a week, the Kösslerhäusl opens its heavy wooden doors - not like a museum, but like a living place full of stories.

Opening hours: Fridays (May - October) between 13:00 pm - 17:00 pm

Fresh farmhouse bread is baked on an open fire in the old Rauchkuchl. Children can knead and experience for themselves how something special is made from simple ingredients. The traditional meat doughnuts are served with lots of love - not forgetting the sweet, homemade farmer's doughnuts with apricot jam, which go perfectly with a cup of fragrant coffee.

An afternoon full of impressions, aromas and memories - for explorers young and old.
