Twice a week (Thursdays & Mondays) our yoga instructor Barbara will introduce you to the techniques and show you exercises to strengthen the muscles, promote flexibility and for the overall well-being.
Yoga has a mobilizing, strengthening and invigorating effect, and thus not only has a positive impact on stress. With a combination of breathing, movement, relaxation and meditation exercises, yoga has a holistic effect on the body.
