Only on request! Restricted availability. We only permit small dogs with a maximum shoulder height of 30 cm. Dogs 10.-- Euro per day without food. Please bring your own dog basket and bowl. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, swimming pool, wellness area and the terrace. Cleaning at the end of your trip if required Euro 100.-- Charges for repairs or damage caused by your pets, such as scratched on doors, etc. will be added to your bill. |
| Travel Cancellation: |
In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs we recommend that you buy the Edelweiss travel cover directly when making your booking. This costs 7 Euro per person and night and incomparatively cheap. The travel cover is valid: -> if you or a person booked in the room can not travel due to illness or serious accident -> if a member of your immediate family is taken to hospital due to an accident or a sudden emergency -> if you or a person booked in the room suffers substantial damage to property (house, apartment) which required their presence. In these situations we require confirmation in the form of a doctor's certificate or a certificate from the appropriate authority! |
| Smoking | Please note that smoking is not permitted in the dining and buffet areas as well as in the rooms and suites. Smoking is permitted in the cosy hotel hall and hotel bar, the Salzburger Wirtshausstube and the "Rauchkuchl". |
